Beyond Welcome

Founder-led · Klaviyo Gold Partner · Specialty retailers, 3–30 stores

We rebuild Klaviyo flows for retailers, stores included.

We rebuilt a five-store premium retailer's Klaviyo flows: higher revenue per person emailed on lower send volume, with in-store purchases finally showing up in the numbers.

Why retail is different

Three things your ecom agency isn't fixing

01

Your store customers aren't in your flows

Or they are, and you treat them like online shoppers.

02

Email drives store visits you never get credit for

We measure it.

03

Local inventory, local VIPs, local events

Klaviyo doesn't do location natively. We build it.

Proof

Saint Bernard: five stores, one rebuilt Klaviyo account

A Texas-based premium designer skiwear retailer, family-owned since 1978, with 5 store locations and a growing online presence. An 11-month flow overhaul drove 7-figure flow revenue: higher revenue per person emailed and more conversions, on lower send volume.

From the owner's chair

We've worked with agencies on Klaviyo before, but Beyond Welcome is the first team that really works the way we need. They understand what we want, move quickly on complex projects, and always bring smart recommendations and best practices to the table. Even though we still run parts of Klaviyo ourselves, it's a relief knowing the complicated stuff is handled the right way. They're responsive, independent, and easy to work with, which makes my life a lot easier.

The retail edition

Flow Audit → 60-Day Rebuild

The same two steps, extended to your stores: in-store data reality first, location-aware flows on top.

Flow Audit

Fixed price

$3,000

10 business days

  • In-store data reality check: what reaches Klaviyo today, what doesn't
  • Flow-by-flow scorecard: what each flow earns, broken logic, gaps
  • Rebuild plan with a fixed price

Fully credited against the Rebuild if you start within 30 days.

The product

The 60-Day Rebuild

Starts at

$18,000

Live in 60 days. Final scope and price set in the audit.

  • Your core flows, typically seven, up to four emails each
  • Location-aware flows on top: post-in-store-purchase, local back-in-stock, bounce-back to store
  • Segmentation restructured, store customers included
  • Holdout baseline, so the revenue we report is incremental
  • First flows live by day 14

Every rebuild starts with the audit, credited in full.

Everything else (additional flows, SMS, integrations, campaigns) is scoped in the audit.

The guarantees

Both steps are guaranteed

This wording goes into the contract, word for word.

Flow Audit

If the rebuild plan doesn't identify at least 10× the audit fee in quantified revenue opportunity over the next 12 months, you don't pay.

The 60-Day Rebuild

If the rebuilt flows don't make more per person who enters them than the previous versions, we keep optimizing at no cost until they do. Tested side by side, judged together.

How it’s judged

  • Each rebuilt flow runs side by side with the old version on a random split for 30–60 days from the day it goes live, so ads, season and traffic affect both equally
  • Measured on revenue per person entering the flow, not per email sent
  • Judged on the rebuilt flows together: flows only, campaigns excluded. Flows too small to split are judged before and after on the same measure
  • A separate no-send holdout reports incremental revenue; it isn't part of the judgment
  • Approvals inside 48 hours; no changes to flows or cadence outside the plan

Hi, I’m Georg

No account managers, no junior teams. Just experienced, strategic guidance from day one.

I’ve spent 10+ years working with eCommerce brands on lifecycle marketing, CRM, and marketing automation, from high-growth startups like Bolt to established DTC brands. I personally oversee every client account, so the strategy you’re sold is the strategy you get.

Your store customers are already on your list. Put them in your flows.

A 30-minute call tells you both whether the rebuild fits, and what your in-store data can actually do in Klaviyo.
