Who we are

Beyond Welcome is an email marketing agency based in Estonia. This website is beyondwelcome.com. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at georg@beyondwelcome.com.

What we collect and why

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, and, depending on the form, your company name, store URL, or message. Submissions are delivered to us by email so we can respond to your inquiry. They are not stored in a database on this website.
• Call bookings — booking a call opens Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly processes the data you enter there under its own privacy policy. Calendly’s scripts load only after you click a booking button.
• Analytics and marketing data — with your consent, we use Google Tag Manager (loading Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), the Meta Pixel, and HubSpot tracking with a chat widget. These collect usage data such as pages visited and approximate location, and may set cookies or similar identifiers.

Cookies and consent

Non-essential cookies are used only after you consent via the banner shown on your first visit. There are three categories: necessary (always active — the site itself and your consent choice), statistics (Google Analytics via Tag Manager), and marketing(Meta Pixel, HubSpot). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing a previously granted category takes effect after the next page load.

We process analytics and marketing data on the basis of your consent, and inquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to you. Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation or a resulting engagement.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email georg@beyondwelcome.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
