01 — The Challenge

Bully Max, a leading performance nutrition brand for dogs, needed a high-impact Black Friday / Cyber Monday campaign strategy. With their biggest sales event of the year approaching, they required an aggressive yet strategic approach to maximize revenue from both their email list and SMS subscribers.

Previous BFCM campaigns had been ad-hoc and lacked the structured, multi-phase approach needed to build anticipation and drive peak conversion during the event window.

02 — Our Approach

Over a focused 2-month sprint, Beyond Welcome designed and executed a multi-phase BFCM campaign strategy with early access, main event, and extended sale periods. The campaign structure included an Early Access Campaign for VIP and loyalty segments with exclusive offers, a Main BFCM Campaign with full-list deployment and urgency-driven messaging, an Extended Cyber Week with last-chance positioning, SMS integration for time-sensitive flash deals, and dynamic segmentation based on engagement and purchase history.
