Our Challenge

Saint Bernard is a premium designer skiwear and sportswear retailer, Texas-based and family-owned since 1978. With 5 store locations and a growing online presence carrying brands like Canada Goose, Patagonia, and Peter Millar, they needed a complete overhaul of their Klaviyo automation flows.

Their existing email automations were outdated, visually inconsistent, and underperforming — leaving significant revenue on the table.

Saint Bernard needed a complete technical overhaul — rebuilding from the ground up to drive 7-figure email revenue from smarter flows, not more sends.
